1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website and purchasing any product or license, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

We provide cPanel/WHM licenses and WHM security plugins. All products are licensed, not sold. You receive the right to use the software/license during the active subscription period.

3. Payment and Billing

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Recurring subscriptions will be billed automatically on the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

4. Free Trial, Refunds, and Cancellations

Where applicable, HostGuard-owned products may include a 7-day trial period before paid activation so customers can evaluate the product or service before purchase. Because our products and services are digital and may be activated or delivered instantly, refunds are not automatic after payment; refund requests are reviewed case-by-case according to our Refund Policy. A refund may be considered in cases such as duplicate payment, incorrect charge, non-delivery, a technical issue caused by our side that prevents use of the product and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, incorrect activation caused by our side, or where required by applicable law or payment processor requirements. cPanel licenses and other vendor-provided products are subject to the licensing, activation, cancellation, trial, and refund policies of cPanel or the relevant upstream vendor/provider, and HostGuard cannot override or modify those vendor policies. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation does not automatically refund a current or previous paid billing period. 5. License Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute our licenses or plugin software unless you are an authorized reseller. Plugin licenses are per-server. Using one license on multiple servers is prohibited.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

7. Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our services, third-party payment gateways, or the cPanel license provisioning system. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in the preceding 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
