Billing & Payment

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX), PayPal, Stripe, and manual bank transfer. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and your card details never touch our servers.
HostGuard-owned products may include a 7-day trial where applicable, so you can evaluate before buying. Because products are digital, refunds are not automatic after activation — but refund requests are reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis (for example duplicate charge, non-delivery, or a technical issue on our side that we cannot resolve). cPanel and other vendor-provided licenses follow the vendor's own policies. See our Refund Policy for details.
Yes! We run promotions regularly. Apply your coupon code on the checkout page before completing payment. Follow us or email us or open a ticket to get notified of deals.
Absolutely. We never store card data. All payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal β€” PCI-DSS compliant providers. Your card details never touch our servers.

cPanel Licenses

A VPS license supports a limited number of cPanel accounts (typically up to the VPS tier limit). A Dedicated license supports unlimited cPanel accounts and is required for physical dedicated servers. Check cPanel's official documentation for the current account limits per tier.
Instantly β€” within seconds of confirmed payment. We use the official cPanel system to provision your license automatically. You'll see your license key immediately on the thank-you page and in your portal.
Email us or open a ticket with your order number and the new IP address. We can transfer the license to a new server. Note that cPanel charges for IP changes on certain plan types.
Yes. Safety Monitor Pro, WP Guard and MailShield Pro are all designed, developed and maintained in-house by our own engineering team β€” purpose-built for cPanel and WHM servers.

WHM Plugins

Safety Monitor Pro is an AI-powered WHM plugin that provides real-time intrusion detection from ModSecurity logs, country-based firewall rules, automated load guarding (to keep your server stable under heavy load), and per-domain security reports β€” all accessible directly in WHM.
MailShield Pro is an upcoming WHM plugin designed to provide outgoing-mail protection, spam control, and email-abuse monitoring for WHM/cPanel servers. It is currently in development β€” join the early-access list to be notified when it launches.
After payment, your license key will be in your portal. Download the plugin installer from your portal, upload it to your WHM server, and run the installation script. Detailed instructions are included in the download. Email us or open a ticket if you need help.
Safety Monitor Pro requires WHM root access. It works on self-managed cPanel/WHM servers. It does not work on servers where you only have cPanel (not WHM) access.

Account & Orders

We use passwordless login for maximum security. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a one-click magic link that logs you in instantly. No password to forget!
Go to My Account β†’ Licenses, or open the specific order from My Account β†’ Orders β†’ Order Detail. Your key is shown there and can be copied with one click.
Renewals can be initiated from your portal under My Account β†’ Licenses. For monthly plans, renewal is automatic if you set up recurring billing. Manual renewal instructions are available in the portal.
Check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, log in to your portal β€” your order and license will be there. You can also email us or open a ticket with your order ID.

Support

The fastest way is our contact form or email. You can also open a support ticket from your portal. Typical reply is within a few hours during business hours (8 AM–8 PM GMT).
Our support desk is available Saturday to Thursday, 8 AM to 8 PM (GMT). For urgent server issues outside these hours, leave a ticket and we will respond as soon as possible.

Technical Questions (for sysadmins)

Yes. Every cPanel VPS and Dedicated license is provisioned through the official cPanel licensing system, so it is a genuine license β€” indistinguishable from one bought directly from cPanel. Licenses are keyed to your server IP and are transferable to a new IP when you migrate.
No meaningful impact. The plugin is event-driven and log-driven, not a resident polling daemon β€” there is no persistent process consuming CPU/RAM. Dashboard queries run on page load, and background work is limited to short, throttled cron tasks (incremental log parsing, GeoIP refresh). Steady-state overhead on a typical WHM server is negligible.
No β€” it is complementary, not a replacement. Safety Monitor Pro reads your existing CSF/LFD state and can add allow/deny rules through CSF, but it does not take over or replace your firewall. You keep CSF as your enforcement layer.
Yes, it runs alongside them. It reads shared signals such as the ModSecurity audit log and focuses on visibility and load safety, so it operates on a different layer and does not compete with their enforcement. Note: we are compatible with these products but are not partnered with or certified by them.
Yes. Safety Monitor Pro installs as a WHM root plugin via AppConfig, so it needs WHM (root) access. It runs on self-managed cPanel/WHM VPS and dedicated servers, and does not work where you only have cPanel (user) access without WHM.
It reads signals your server already produces: the ModSecurity audit log (intrusion events), LFD/CSF firewall state, cPanel access logs, and /proc load metrics for load average and high-consumption users. It does not require any external agent or third-party API key for monitoring.
No. The plugin is read-only and safe-by-default: it surfaces threats and advises, but corrective actions require admin confirmation, and every action is logged. The Load Guard never kills services or site PHP and never suspends accounts. It will also not lock you out of your own server β€” on entry it offers to allowlist your current IP.
No. Monitoring runs entirely locally inside your WHM β€” there is no external agent and no monitoring data is sent off the server. License activation communicates with our license endpoints, but the security telemetry itself stays on your machine.
Instant. cPanel licenses activate automatically against your server IP within seconds of confirmed payment β€” no manual step. For WHM plugins, the download is available in your customer portal immediately after payment, and you install it from WHM as root.
Current cPanel & WHM on VPS and dedicated servers. Supported operating systems include AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, and CloudLinux. The plugin installs through standard WHM AppConfig, so it follows cPanel's own supported-OS matrix.
Yes. Licenses are transferable when you migrate. Email us or open a ticket with your order number and the new IP and we will move it. Note that cPanel itself charges for IP changes on certain plan types.
Refunds are handled per our published Refund Policy β€” please review that page for the exact terms. In short, we refund where we cannot deliver or provision your license, on duplicate or erroneous charges, or where required by law.
