HostGuard is built to run alongside the stack you already trust — it reads shared signals and adds to your firewall rather than competing with it.
HostGuard installs as a standard WHM plugin and is designed to be complementary. Below is what it is compatible with and what it runs alongside. We describe interoperability only — HostGuard does not claim partnership or certification with any third-party vendor.

How to read this list

- Complementary — HostGuard cooperates with the tool (reads its state, extends it) instead of duplicating it. This is how it treats CSF/LFD.
- Runs alongside — HostGuard coexists with the tool without competing for the same job, as with Imunify360.
HostGuard reads the signals your server already produces and, where it acts, works through your existing firewall. It is meant to add visibility and load safety to your current setup, not to be a drop-in replacement for it.
